Return & Exchange Policy

At Nescens Beauty USA, we take pride in the quality and performance of our products. We invite our clients to explore their benefits with confidence, supported by a thoughtful return process available in select situations.


Return Authorization

To ensure a seamless experience, all returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us at info@nescensbeautyusa.com before sending any items back.
Note: Returns submitted without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Timeframe

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. In special cases, we may accommodate returns or exchanges up to 45 days, subject to review and approval.


Return Eligibility

We encourage clients to experience our formulations authentically. Returns are accepted for items that have been gently used. However, products that are completely empty or fully consumed are not eligible.

To qualify, returned items must:

  • Be in fair condition
  • Include original packaging when possible
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the client. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue with care and urgency.


Exclusions

For health, safety, and quality control purposes, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Fully used or empty products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Gift cards and final sale merchandise

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please initiate a return first. Once the return is processed, you may place a new order for your preferred item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
