1. Pricing Policy

To preserve the exclusivity of the Nescens brand, discounting is strictly prohibited. Products must be sold at or above the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Non-compliance may result in immediate suspension or termination of the partnership.

2. Product Usage Guidelines

• Professional Products: For in-cabin professional use only. These products are not authorized for resale.
• Travel Sizes: Intended for merchandising at point-of-sale, gifting, or client incentives. These may not be sold individually or repackaged.
• Testers: Provided solely for in-store demonstrations and client sampling. Not for resale.

3. Distribution Restrictions

Sub-distribution is not allowed. Nescens products may only be sold at approved locations and must not be redistributed to unauthorized resellers or third parties.

4. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees, and orders will not be processed until outstanding balances are resolved in full.
